Graeme Alford - Biography
Graeme Alford has worked in
executive management positions for seventeen years and has operated a
successful management consultancy business for the past six years.
He has seen how business operates from both sides.
Graeme developed the Dynamic Improvements
Programme recognising that executives in many instances
are looking to improve and enhance their management skills without
having to undertake formal and structured training programmes.
Graeme has a Bachelor of
Engineering (Civil) and a Masters in Business Administration.
He has worked with traditional human resource management techniques
and has seen the limited success achieved in most cases. They
have only addressed part of the issue.
Together with formal education and work
experience, Graeme has studied four contemporary learning processes and
has incorporated aspects of each into his programme. Graeme spent
three years developing the Dynamic Improvements
Programme to be able to offer it in its present format.
